Please READ our policies below before registering for class or purchasing an E-GIFT CARD.

Do you have a gift certificate prior to Februrary 5, 2012? Send us a message Here , include the class you would like to attend and the gift certificate(s) numbers you will be using. We will send you a confirmation of your registration.

 

Do you have a credit prior to February 5, 2012? Send us a message Here , include the class subject and date of the credit and the class you would like to redeem the credit for. We will send you a confirmation of your registration.

 

Policies

Cancellation / Refund Policy: Class fees are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend class, please contact us 48 hours prior to class to receive a full credit. No-show's will forfeit their credit, no refund will be issued.

Inclement weather cancellations: Classes that are canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled for a later date. If you are unable make the rescheduled class, you will be issued a gift certificate or credit for the value of the canceled class. We are unable to give cash refunds for classes that are rescheduled due to weather.

Seat availability can not be guaranteed. We are unable to"hold" a class seat without payment or proper notification of intent to redeem a gift certificate or credit. Credits and Gift Certificates can not be returned for a refund.

Gio Culinary Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class for any reason . In the event Gio Culinary Studio cancels a class, you will be sent notification to the contact information (email address and phone number) you provided during registration. We will make every effort to contact you a minimum of 2hrs prior to the class. We can not be responsible if you neglect to check your messages or have provided us with incorrect contact information. If a class is canceled by Gio Culinary Studio, you will be offered a full refund or credit that may be used for any class of the same value.
